Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of vegasbusinessai.com (the "Site") and any inquiries you submit through it. Engagements where we build, install, or operate automation on your behalf are governed by a separate written agreement; these terms apply to the marketing site and pre-engagement communications.
1. Who we are
VegasBusinessAI is a Nevada-based AI automation consultancy operating in Las Vegas, NV. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean VegasBusinessAI.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our services, contact us, and book a consultation call. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating contact information.
- Use automated tools to flood our contact form or scheduler.
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its hosting infrastructure.
- Reproduce or repackage Site content (copy, layout, visual identity) for resale or for the purpose of marketing a competing service.
3. Inquiries are not a contract
Submitting the contact form, emailing us, or booking a call does not create a client relationship and does not commit either party to any engagement. We work together only after a written scope of work is mutually signed.
4. No professional advice
Content on the Site, written articles, case studies, and conversational responses we provide before engagement are general information, not legal, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Use of any information on the Site is at your own risk.
5. Intellectual property
All Site content — text, code, design, logos, and the "VegasBusinessAI" wordmark and chevron mark — is owned by VegasBusinessAI or licensed to us. You may share links to the Site freely. You may not copy or distribute the design system, copy, or graphical assets without written permission.
6. Third-party services
The Site uses third-party services (Formspree for contact-form handling, Calendly for scheduling, and the hosting / domain provider). Your interaction with those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data handling by those providers, though we choose them carefully.
7. No guarantees
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Examples of past work shown on the Site reflect specific engagements and are not a promise of similar results in your business.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VegasBusinessAI and its principals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or any pre-engagement communications. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold VegasBusinessAI harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Site in violation of these terms or applicable law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at this URL with the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
