AI Companies in Las Vegas: A Verified List

Fifteen Las Vegas area AI service providers grouped by type, each checked against its own website on September 20, 2026, plus how to vet any of them.

People keep asking search engines and AI assistants the same thing in slightly different words: show me local providers for artificial intelligence services and AI integration in Las Vegas. List the firms. Give me someone I can call. We know because those questions show up in our own Search Console, more than a dozen phrasings of one request, and very little answers it directly. Most of what comes back is national agencies with a page that swaps in a city name, and paid directories.

So we built the list ourselves. Fifteen companies that sell AI services to businesses and state a Las Vegas area location on their own website, grouped by what kind of provider they actually are, each one checked on September 20, 2026.

One disclosure before anything else. We are VegasBusinessAI, and we compete with most of the companies below. That is a real conflict of interest, so the rules are strict: every entry is described only in terms of what the company says about itself on the linked page, entries are alphabetical inside each group, there are no rankings or scores, and we describe ourselves in a separate, labeled section at the end instead of placing ourselves in the list.

How this list was built

We searched for Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas companies offering AI consulting, AI integration, AI automation, and AI development. Then we opened each candidate's own website and kept a company only if two things were true on the day we checked: the site states a Las Vegas area location, and a page on the site describes AI services sold to other businesses.

Each link below goes to the page where the company describes its AI work, so you land on the claim instead of a homepage. Where a company publishes prices, we say so. Where it does not, we say nothing.

Companies we left out, and why, matters as much as who got in:

  • Firms whose own site places them somewhere else. Several companies that rank for Las Vegas AI searches state a home base in Texas, Georgia, Florida, or Northern Nevada on their own pages.
  • Firms with no address or city anywhere on their own site, even when a directory profile lists one.
  • National agencies running near-identical city pages for hundreds of markets.
  • Self-serve software products. A chatbot subscription is a tool, which is fine, but it is not a service provider.

We did not look up any company in the Nevada business records, test anyone's work, or talk to their clients. Inclusion here means a company exists, says it is local, and says it does this work. It is a starting shortlist, and the vetting section below is how you finish the job.

The four kinds of AI provider in this valley

The most useful thing we learned building the list is that "AI company" covers at least four different businesses, and they are good at different things.

Managed IT providers that added AI. The largest group. These firms already run networks, devices, and Microsoft 365 for local businesses, and their AI offerings lean toward readiness assessments, governance policies, and Microsoft Copilot. Strong fit if your main question is how to let staff use AI safely on systems the firm already manages.

AI automation agencies and consultancies. Firms built around AI work itself: voice agents, lead response, workflow automation, integrations, and advice on what to build. This is the group we belong to. Strong fit when you want a specific workflow running, connected to the CRM, phones, and calendar you already use.

Marketing agencies with AI services. Agencies whose AI work points at advertising, content, targeting, and lead nurturing. Strong fit when the goal is more leads, weaker when the goal is operations.

Software development shops. Teams that build custom applications and will build one around a model. Strong fit for a real product build with a real budget, more than most small businesses need for a first project.

Picking the right group first saves more time than comparing companies inside the wrong one.

Where we fit, labeled as our own entry

VegasBusinessAI is an AI automation agency and consultancy run by two engineers, Elias Musleh and Dominic Steen, serving Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, and Green Valley. Our work is AI integration: wiring voice agents, lead response, scheduling, and document handling into the CRM, phone system, and calendar a business already runs. We also do AI consulting for owners still deciding what is worth building, and we build on local hardware for firms whose data cannot leave the office. We do not publish prices. We quote in writing after a free 15-minute audit. Hold us to the same questions as everyone above.

Why the list is this short

Fifteen providers is not many for a metro this size, and the national numbers explain it. The Census Bureau's Business Trends and Outlook Survey, which samples about 1.2 million businesses in six panels of roughly 200,000, found that overall business AI use hovered between 17% and 20% from December 2025 to May 2026. Size drives it. In the period ending May 3, 2026, 37% of firms with at least 250 employees reported using AI and 32% of firms with 100 to 249 employees did, while use did not change significantly among firms with fewer than 20 employees, and less than 20% of firms with four or fewer employees reported any.

Las Vegas is a small business town. The local market for AI services is early, which is why so much of what ranks for these searches is national firms with a city name pasted in. We went through the same survey in more detail in our read of the September small business AI numbers.

How to vet any company on this list, including us

Confirm the company exists in Nevada. Anyone conducting business in the state needs a state business license under NRS 76.100. The fee is $200, or $500 for corporations, and the Nevada Secretary of State runs a free public business search where you can look up any entity by name and see its status. It takes two minutes and it filters out more than you would expect.

Ask to see the thing running. Not a slide, not a sample. A working system for a business like yours, with the client's permission, or a live demo you can call or click yourself. A provider that has shipped has something to show.

Ask which of your systems it connects to, and how. The model is the easy part. Most failed projects fail at the connection to the CRM, the phone system, or the calendar. A provider that cannot describe the connection in plain words has not built it yet.

Ask where your customer data goes. Which model provider sees it, under what terms, and who at the vendor can read it. NIST's AI Risk Management Framework is voluntary and written for larger organizations, but its four functions, govern, map, measure, manage, make a decent checklist for the questions a careful vendor should already have answers to.

Treat big promises as a warning. In September 2024 the FTC announced five enforcement actions in a sweep it called Operation AI Comply, aimed at companies using AI hype to mislead customers. The chair's line at the time was blunt: "There is no AI exemption from the laws on the books." Guaranteed revenue, guaranteed rankings, and "fully autonomous" anything are the claims to push back on.

Get the scope and price in writing before work starts. What gets built, what it connects to, what it costs, what is live in the first week, and who owns the credentials and configuration when the engagement ends.

Where this list falls short

It is a snapshot. Every entry reflects what a company's own website said on September 20, 2026, and websites change.

It is certainly incomplete. A solo consultant with no website, or a good firm whose site never mentions its city, would not appear. We found no independent consultant we could verify from their own site, which says more about our method than about who is out there.

It verifies claims, not quality. We confirmed that each company says it is here and says it does this work. We did not confirm that the work is good. Only the vetting steps above can do that.

If your company belongs on this list, or an entry is wrong, email vendors@vegasbusinessai.com with the page that states your location and services and we will review it. Competitors included.

What to do this week

  1. Decide which of the four provider types matches your actual problem before you contact anyone. Staff using AI safely points to managed IT. A workflow you want running points to an automation agency. More leads points to marketing. A product build points to a dev shop.
  2. Pick three companies from that group and look each one up in the Nevada Secretary of State business search.
  3. Ask all three the same four questions: show me one running, which of my systems does it connect to, where does my data go, and what is the price in writing.

Three conversations with the same questions will tell you more than any list, this one included. If you want us to be one of the three, our free 15-minute audit is the place to start.
